The first project was very extensive (an addition to a 1920's home plus renovation of the existing home) while the second project was on a smaller scale (new bathroom, bedroom, front hall and mudroom). Mark (the owner) is a straight shooter and prides himself on the quality of his projects. His sub-contractors are very professional and friendly, show up on time and stand by their estimates. Mark charges a project management fee rather than adding a percentage to all of his bills so there is a lot of transparency in terms of real costs. If the plumber charges x amount, that's what we pay. Mark is a good problem solver and his communication skills are excellent. In sum, I would highly recommend Patterson Homes. We have in fact recommended him to friends and they have been equally as happy as we have been. We are actually planning to hire them for another project this summer.”
